Lic. Francisco Solana Rodríguez
CONSULTORÍA Y LITIGIO FISCAL
Graduated in Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), Iker specializes in corporate law, real estate law, and tax planning. With more than 10 years of experience, he has been a pillar in the creation of efficient corporate structures and in the execution of mergers and acquisitions at national and international levels.
His focus on family businesses has allowed him to lead the integration of family protocols and the restructuring of corporate governance bodies. In addition, he has participated as a speaker in forums and conferences on tax reforms and good business practices in Mexico.
He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Panamericana, where he obtained an Honorable Mention. Francisco has advanced studies in International Tax Law from New York University (NYU) and the International Tax Centre of Leiden University (ITC LEIDEN).
With solid experience in tax, administrative and constitutional law, he has successfully advised and defended various clients in these areas, consolidating his reputation as an expert in the field.

Our history is a testament to our passion for law and determination to overcome challenges. After years of experience working for firms such as Parás and SMPS Legal, Francisco Rodríguez Solana and Iker Belauteguigoitia decided to follow their dream and found their own firm in 2019.
In less than a year, their tireless efforts and shared vision paid off, allowing our team to grow to five people and officially adopt the name BRS Legal.
At the beginning of 2020, the global pandemic presented unprecedented challenges. In a time of uncertainty, we decided not to give up; instead, we focused on innovating and adapting. It was a time of learning, creativity and resilience. We forged new partnerships with key firms and companies, transforming the crisis into an opportunity to grow and strengthen our presence in the market. It was a first step towards a promising future, built on values of integrity, innovation and excellence.
Today, BRS Legal is proud to have a team of more than 15 dedicated collaborators and a portfolio of more than 200 clients from various sectors, including real estate, transportation, accounting, information technology, pharmaceutical, industrial, construction, automotive and restaurant, among others.
We have achieved more than 1,000 successful outcomes, from favorable rulings to fine forgiveness, tax efficiencies, business acquisitions and sales, corporate restructuring and asset protection. Each of these achievements is a reflection of the unwavering commitment of our team and the trust our clients have placed in us.
